Ivato International Airport (ICAO FMMI) is the main international airport serving Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, located 16 kilometres (9. 9 mi) northwest of the city centre. Ivato Airport is the main hub for Air Madagascar and is located in the commune of Ivato. It has two main terminals: one terminal for domestic flights and one terminal for international flights. In December 2021, a new modern terminal opened, to increase flight operations and replace the old iconic terminal.
