Resilient Coloring
This new user-controlled feature keeps vegetation coloring consistent when the ground texture is too light in color, or the underlying ground image contains unnatural coloring. Resilient Coloring avoids vegetation fading or discoloring.
2 New Enhanced Regions; Aspen trees in Colorado and Larch trees in NW USA and SW Canada
Aspen trees, which turn yellow in the autumn, create stunning landscapes along with a backdrop of green conifers. These landscapes can be seen around many areas in Colorado including Aspen, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, and many others. Larch trees, which are conifers that display yellow and orange hues during autumn can be found in the Cascade Mountains of Washington, in northern areas of Idaho and Montana, as well as in the mountains of southern British Columbia.
Lower Vegetation Density for Cities and Towns
This new innovative user-controlled feature introduces a significant enhancement to the visual aesthetics of cities and towns, creating a more harmonious and natural appearance.

Many Global Areas Updated for Accurate Vegetation Representation
New biomes have been created to depict steppe, tundra, Australian scrublands, New Zealand vegetation, and different conifer regions. Iceland’s conifer trees were replaced with suitable vegetation. A large central part of the United States now features deciduous trees, not conifer forests. Palm trees added to many cities where there were none.
Winter Deciduous Trees
Deciduous winter trees appear for all areas where the simulator depicts deciduous trees and the winter season applies. These trees show significantly less leaves and look great in winter landscapes with or without snow.
Selectable Deciduous Tree Canopy
In addition to the default rounded canopy, you can opt for an irregular-shaped canopy for deciduous trees. This unique canopy design adds a delightful touch, enhancing the diversity of shapes among deciduous trees. Furthermore, it often results in greater color variation within the tree, enhancing the overall depth and richness of its colors.
Tree Height Adjustment
3 options are available for tree height: short, medium, and tall. Additionally, some trees have been properly sized in the app to reflect more realistic proportions, such as the massively sized default trees that are displayed in Sydney Australia.

ASFS Preset weather and Passive weather depiction modes
Using Preset weather depiction from ASFS or Passive weather depiction (from MSFS live weather), a variety of weather visuals and depiction methods, offering various levels of realism, control and visual quality are available depending on your needs. Transition control and configurable smoothing is also provided in ASFS Preset mode.
Active Air Effects
Customizable clear air turbulence, thermals, drafts and wake turbulence effects work in tandem with existing MSFS effects to provide and enhance realism. Air effects are provided in any depiction mode.

ASFS Preset Weather Depiction Mode
ASFS Preset weather depiction mode features advanced weather preset conditions control for the best accuracy within the preset depiction capabilities, and full use of the Active Sky weather data and synthesis system including historical and custom weather options. This is recommend for those desiring the highest levels of conditions realism and challenge, especially for IFR ceilings and visibility, as well as long distance route planning, wind and fuel calculations:
- Available with LIVE weather, HISTORICAL weather, and custom weather
- Wind, gusts and variability control (surface and aloft, up to 60,000ft)
- Cloud layer control
- Precipitation control
- Ground snow cover control
- Temperature and humidity control
- Barometric pressure control with advanced temperature-adjusted pressure effects (appropriate corrections required for safe and/or expected IFR terminal procedures in colder or hotter temperatures)

Passive Depiction Mode
Passive mode is used with live weather and allows MSFS’s internal live weather depiction to take full control of weather depiction in the simulator, while Active Sky FS provides Active Air Effects and all other non-depiction features (mapping, planning, voice features, conditions report, web companion app, etc. ) This can provide better regional variation and cloud variations outside of Preset control, recommended for LIVE WEATHER VFR and casual flights where visuals and effects are more important than weather conditions accuracy.

Q: Do you provide regular product updates?
We regularly update our Stream Deck Profiles to include new features, functionality and bug fixes and we're delighted to provide these free of cost, for the duration of the products lifespan. Announcements are also published on our Discord server and Release Notes are available on our product updates blog.

Q: How are your products installed?
Installation is performed through the Flight Panels All-In-One Installer, which automatically installs and configures third party applications (FSUIPC7, PilotsDeck, . NET Runtimes etc. ) to make installation a breeze.
