Models of static aircraft equipment, such as fire engines, refueling trucks, and ladders that operate at the real Dortmund airport, were made separately for the project. Much attention was paid to the complex of buildings of the General Aviation Terminal at Dortmund Airport, as well as the hangars. The project also includes a Star Wings Dortmund aviation flight school complex. In addition to the parking lots at the airport for aircraft, there are two parking lots for helicopters. During the work on the project, the complex terrain of the airport was taken into account.
