Extensively researched, detailed and realistic Flight Model
Asobo has developed an enormously complex, detailed and realistic set of Flight Modelling tools that we have fully implemented to build our Spitfire FM from the ground up. Our experience in developing our Spitfire Mk IX for X-plane 11, as well as our recent experience developing Flight Models inside 3 different simulation platforms, has allowed us to quickly build a highly accurate Flight Model that not only flies 'by the numbers', but just feels damn good.
Realistic Start-up Procedures, Failures and Flight Systems
Simulated to function as faithfully as possible to the real aircraft; you will need to start-up, operate and fly the aircraft just as a real Spitfire pilot would have all those years ago. Custom failures enforce this realism – exceeding operating limits or incorrectly operating the aircraft will result in appropriate failures.

Our Spitfire package includes both the Spitfire Mk IXc , as well as the unique clipped wing variant of the airframe, infamous for its unique look, significantly improved roll rate and slight speed increase.

This update is our first update since release, and aims to address some remaining bugs & issues pointed out by our users, prioritizing improving the user experience, adding missing sounds & features and further improving the flight model.
Overall, the flight dynamics have been made more realistic and therefore the Spitfire is now slightly more difficult to fly (especially on takeoff). You will need to use your rudder trim more effectively, and manage your engine power more carefully.

To celebrate this "new" reality in the Italian airport scene, and anticipate the preview for fans, BarelliMsfsAddon has prepared the new addon dedicated to Salerno, divided into two separate mods: Salerno 2024 and Salerno 2026. These are two mods to install as usual in the MSFS Community folder, obviously NOT at the same time. When publishing the 2024 version, it is important to specify that:
Official Enav cards are not yet available, so the markings and signage are similar to the current ones, with the appropriate variants; as soon as official news will be ready, which may however delay, you will be provided with a free update. Regarding the 2026 version, it is specified that:
Regarding the new terminal only architectural renderings are available, as officially presented in 2023, and based on these was created the new terminal for the simulator.
Regarding the GA terminal there is no info, so the building was "invented", in the place where it will be built, inspired by existing GA terminals (Rome Ciampino and Olbia); also in this case, when and if news will be available, we will update.
It is assumed, reading between the lines of the official statements, that there will be the subsidy of an ILS on runway 05, the frequency of which was imagined as 108. 50 MHz.
The new parkings of the cars have always been deducted from the official renderings.

The airport opened in 1999. In 2017, the airport handled over 4. 3 million passengers. The terminal is designed for three million passengers, a number that has already been exceeded, and expansion will push its capacity to over 8 million. In 2018, the airport was allocated 6. 6 billion baht to build... Krabi International Airport (IATA: KBV, ICAO: VTSG), is in Nuea Khlong subdistrict, Nuea Khlong district, Krabi province in southern Thailand. It is about 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of downtown Krabi. The airport will no longer be expanded after its final phase of expansion due to lack of space and the city's expansion, and will not be able to cope with the future traffic.

The base also sits close to Brandon. Despite being an RAF station, Lakenheath currently only hosts United States Air Force (USAF) units and personnel. The host wing is the 48th Fighter Wing (48 FW), also known as the Liberty Wing, assigned to United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa (US... In support of front-line units, No. 29 Squadron is the Typhoon Operatio...
