Renton Municipal Airport (IATA: RNT, ICAO: KRNT, FAA LID: RNT) is a public-use airport located in Renton, a city in King County, Washington, United States. The airport was renamed Clayton Scott Field in 2005. The airport's northern boundary is Lake Washington and the Will Rogers–Wiley Post Memorial Seaplane Base. Renton Airport has a floating dock and a launching ramp for conversion from wheeled landings to water takeoffs and landings. The airport is owned by the City of Renton and is a general aviation airport that serves Renton and other nearby communities. It provides regional aviation services for air charter, air taxi, corporate, business, and recreational flyers. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a regional reliever facility. The airport is located approximately 12 miles southeast of downtown Seattle near the south end of Lake Washington. US Customs service is available for both floatplane and wheeled aircraft arriving by water or by land. Renton Airport is adjacent to the Boeing Renton Factory and is the initial point of departure for airplanes produced in that facility. The Boeing Company's Renton, Washington Factory is a facility where the 737 MAX 7, 737 MAX 8, 737 MAX 9, and 737 MAX 10 models are built. The floor space covered is 1. 1 million square feet (102,000 square meters). The Boeing Renton Factory is built on land reclaimed by the lowering of the level of Lake Washington in 1916. From 1916 until 1936 it belonged to the family of Pioneer Washington Coal Industrialist Charles H. Burnett for whom Burnett Avenue and Burnett Park in Renton are named. Burnett acquired the land intending to use it for coal storage and shipment. Amy Louise Burnett Bond, Charles Burnett's daughter, whose mother died young, was raised by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Cranston Potter as the foster sister and godmother of Bertha Potter (Mrs. William Boeing). The Burnett family operated the land as a hay farm. In 1936 Amy Burnett Bond transferred the property back to the state government. It was still mostly semi swamp economically marginal and would cost millions to improve. The property was then transferred by the State of Washington to the federal government at the start of World War II. The Navy Department established an aircraft factory there for the production of the Boeing PBB Sea Ranger flying boat. This order was canceled, however, to free the factory for the production of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, the factory being transferred to the Army in exchange for use of the North American Aviation Kansas City factory for the production of land based North American B-25 Mitchells for the US Marine Corps as PBJ-1s. In the Boeing Renton Factory, the following aircraft were built: B-29 (>1000), C-97 (~1000), Boeing 707/KC-135 (>1000), Boeing 727 (almost 2000), Boeing 737 (11000 and growing), Boeing 747 (3 refurbished) and Boeing 757 (>1000). Renton Municipal Airport covers an area of 170 acres (69 ha) at an elevation of 32 feet (9. 8 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 16/34 with asphalt and concrete surface measuring 5,382 by 200 feet (1,640 m × 61 m). In 2016, the airport had 122,908 aircraft operations, an average of 337 per day: 98% general aviation, 1% air taxi, <1% scheduled commercial, and <1% military. In July 2017, there were 337 aircraft based at this airport: 243 single-engine, 13 multi-engine, 4 jet, and 8 helicopters.

Midway International Airport (IATA: MDW, ICAO: KMDW, FAA LID: MDW) is a major commercial airport on the southwest side of Chicago, Illinois, located eight miles (13 km) from the Loop. Established in 1927, Midway served as Chicago's primary airport until the opening of O'Hare International Airport in 1955. Today, Midway is the second-largest airport in the Chicago metropolitan area and the state of Illinois. Traffic is currently dominated by low-cost carrier Southwest Airlines; Chicago is Southwest's largest focus city. Midway is a base for Southwest Airlines, which carries over 95% of the passengers at the airport. The airport's current name is in honor of the Battle of Midway. The Battle of Midway was a major naval battle in the Pacific Theater of World War II that took place on 4–7 June 1942, six months after Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor and one month after the Battle of the Coral Sea. The U. S. Navy under Admirals Chester W. Nimitz, Frank J. Fletcher, and Raymond A. Spruance defeated an attacking fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy under Admirals Isoroku Yamamoto, Chūichi Nagumo, and Nobutake Kondō near Midway Atoll, inflicting devastating damage on the Japanese fleet. Military historian John Keegan called it "the most stunning and decisive blow in the history of naval warfare", while naval historian Craig Symonds called it "one of the most consequential naval engagements in world history, ranking alongside Salamis, Trafalgar, and Tsushima Strait, as both tactically decisive and strategically influential". The now-defunct Midway Airlines that once serviced the airport took its name from the airport, not vice versa. The airfield is located in a square mile bounded by 55th and 63rd Streets, and Central and Cicero Avenues. The current terminal complex was completed in 2001. The terminal bridges Cicero Avenue and contains 43 gates with facilities for international passengers. The Stevenson Expressway (I-55) runs adjacent to the airport, heading northeast to Downtown Chicago and southwest to various suburbs. The CTA rapid transit Orange Line provides transit to Downtown Chicago where it connects with other subway/elevated rapid transit lines. Chicago Midway International Airport covers just over one square mile (650 acres or 260 hectares) and has five runways. Midway is surrounded by buildings and other development, so the landing thresholds of the runways are displaced to provide obstacle clearance. The FAA and the airlines ensure safety by adhering to calculated load limits and various weather minimums. Because of the displaced landing thresholds, the runways have shorter distances available for landings than for takeoffs. 13C/31C, the longest runway, only has an available landing distance of 6,059 feet (1,847 m) in the southeast direction, and 5,826 feet (1,776 m) to the northwest. The largest aircraft normally seen at Midway is the Boeing 757. Normally, commercial planes only take off from and land on runways 4R/22L and 13C/31C. The other runways are used by smaller aircraft and, per the US FAA Chart Supplement are restricted from use by large commercial aircraft except in emergency.

FPS-friendly design, with epic night textures, dynamic lighting and PBR materials

Cedar Key has some of the most stunning sunrises and sunsets you have ever seen. Cedar Key Airport, officially known as George T. Lewis Airport, is uniquely located on a small island at Daughtry Bajou, on Florida’s North-Eastern Gulf Coast, and is connected to the mainland via the main Airport Road bridge, popularly called the Fishing Bridge. KCDK, a county-owned public-use airport, is situated roughly halfway between Tallahassee and Tampa, and about 1 nautical mile west of Cedar Key’s central business district (CBD), in Levy County, Florida, United States. The US military opened the airport in 1936, primarily as an air sea rescue base during and after World War II. Cedar Key Airport sits at an elevation of about 3 m (11 ft) above sea level and covers an area of about 40 acres (16 ha). The airport has one main 718 x 30 meter (2355 by 100 feet) paved asphalt runway designated RWY 5 / RWY 23, with a displaced threshold on both sides, as well as one concrete helipad that is used by EMS and other rotary-wing aircraft. The Cedar Key Airport area is surrounded by part of a large protected bird sanctuary, which is home to birds such as osprey, eagles, herons, egrets, buzzards, pelicans, and seagulls. Apparently there are even several osprey nests within the immediate area of the runway.

EETN Tallinn MSFS is a highly detailed scenery of EETN Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport in Tallinn, Estonia. This product is compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator. Tallinn Airport (IATA: TLL, ICAO: EETN) or Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport is the largest airport in Estonia and serves as a hub for the national airline Nordica, as well as the secondary hub for AirBaltic and LOT Polish Airlines. Tallinn Airport is open to both domestic and international flights. It is located 2. 7 nautical miles (5. 0 km; 3. 1 mi) southeast of the center of Tallinn on the eastern shore of Lake Ülemiste. It was formerly known as Ülemiste Airport. The most popular scheduled destinations are Frankfurt, Helsinki, Riga, Stockholm, London, and Warsaw. The airport has a single asphalt-concrete runway, 08/26, that is 3,480 m × 45 m (11,417 ft × 148 ft) and large enough to handle wide-bodied aircraft such as the Boeing 747. The runway is the longest one in the Baltic states. Since 29 March 2009, the airport is officially known as Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport, in honor of the leader of the Estonian independence movement and second President of Estonia Lennart Meri. The building of Tallinn Airport started in 1932, and the airport was opened officially on 20 September 1936, although it had been operational a good while before the official opening. The runways of the first stage were about 40 meters wide and 300 meters long. As they were arranged in a form of a triangle, they allowed take-offs and landings in six directions. Before World War II, Tallinn Airport had regular connections to abroad by Aerotransport, Deutsche Luft Hansa, LOT, and the Finnish company Aero (now Finnair). Between 1945 and 1989, Aeroflot was the only airline that served Tallinn Airport. The Old Terminal was used from 1954 to 1980. Regular flights with jet aircraft began on 2 October 1962 with a maiden passenger flight from Moscow for the newest Soviet airliner Tu-124. A new terminal building was built in the late 1970s and the runway was also lengthened then. The first foreign airline since World War II to operate regular flights from Tallinn was SAS in the autumn of 1989. The passenger terminal building was completely modernized in 1999, increasing its capacity to 1. 4 million passengers per year and after that greatly expanded in 2008. The growing demand for extra space for cargo operations created a situation where there was a need for cargo terminal expansion, Cargo 2. In order to meet the growing demand for new cargo facilities at Tallinn Airport, the number of cargo terminals was later expanded to four. Magnetic MRO has its facilities and headquarters on the airport property. In 2012 the company opened a new 5,000 m2 (53,820 sq ft) column-free three-bay hangar for Base Maintenance works of narrow-body aircraft. In 2015 Magnetic MRO announced the launch of the second painting hangar capable of housing aircraft in sizes up to Boeing 737 MAX 9 and Airbus A321neo, as well as regional aircraft.
