Aerial refueling, also known as air-to-air refueling, is the process of transferring fuel from one aircraft (the tanker) to another (the receiver) during flight. This critical operation extends the range and endurance of military aircraft allowing them to stay airborne longer without the need for landing to refuel. Aerial refueling is conducted using specialized equipment and precise flying techniques, typically involving two main methods: the flying boom and the probe-and-drogue.
Aerial Refueling is typically described by pilots as one of the most complex and demanding maneuvers in aviation. Miltech Simulations has been the first team to successfully simulate air refueling in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
A handful of tanker models will be included, Including the KC135, KC130 and A330MRTT
Both refueling methods are supported - Flying Boom and Probe-and-Drogue
Request a tanker anywhere, anytime - Tankers spawn at a predefined distance from the user aircraft, and at set altitudes and speeds. You may request a tanker anytime during your sortie, or perform practice refuelings during any free flight.
Over 30 3rd party aircraft are compatible - including all Miltech Simulations, DC Designs, CJ Simulations and IndiaFoxtEcho aircraft. *
Realistic sounds and calls from the refueling operator.
Refueling times and capacities adjusted for aircraft type.
* Full list of compatible aircraft will be available on release. Only aircraft with a modeled refueling probe will be compatible. Bredok3D and MScenery aircraft products will not be compatible.
Q&A
Xbox compatible?: YES!
Are the tankers flyable?: NO, at least not on initial release. The product has been developed from the "receiver" point of view, and hence the tankers fly autonomously.
Is it compatible over Multiplayer?: To be decided. Due to the high complexity of the addon and the limitations of multiplayer, compatibility is subject to further investigation.
What if my aircraft is not compatible?: We will progressively add more products to the compatibility list based on requests from the community, and subject to having modeled refueling probes.

Two commuter airlines served the airport with frequent daily flights. In November 1983 Hurricane Iwa hit Kauai and caused millions of dollars in damage to homes, businesses and agricultural land. Lihue Airport did not have the capacity to handle all the emergency flights bringing in supplies, so some smaller planes landed at Princeville. The state entered into a lease agreement with the owner of Princeville Airport on December 5, 1994, to take over the operations and maintenance of the airport. It was anticipated that the airfield would become part of the State Airport System. In January 1997 Island Air ceased flying passengers from Princeville Airport. It had been using an 18-passenger de Havilland Dash-8 plane on two daily trips to Honolulu. The State decided to drop its management lease of Princeville Airport in 1999. On May 1, 2019, Makani Kai Air began twice daily service between Honolulu International Airport and Princeville Airport on Kauai. The airport had been without commercial airline service for more than 20 years after the departure of Island Air in 1997. Since the merger with Mokulele Airlines, commercial flights from Princeville are no longer offered. Now there a helicopter tours around Kauai operated by Blue Helicopters and charter flights on "Piper PA-31 Navajo" to Oahu by Princeville Air.

The airport is also referred to as Chek Lap Kok International Airport or Chek Lap Kok Airport, to distinguish it from its predecessor, the former Kai Tak Airport. Having been in commercial operation since 1998, Chek Lap Kok Airport is an important regional trans-shipment centre, passenger hub and gateway for destinations in China (with 45 destinations) and the rest of Asia. The airport is the world's busiest cargo gateway and one of the world's busiest passenger airports. It is also home to one of the world's largest passenger terminal buildings (the largest when opened in 1998). The airport is operated by the Airport Authority Hong Kong 24 hours a day and is the primary hub for Cathay Pacific (the flag carrier of Hong Kong), Cathay Dragon, Hong Kong Airlines, HK Express and Air Hong Kong (cargo carrier). The airport is one of the hubs of Oneworld alliance, and also one of the Asia-Pacific cargo hubs for UPS Airlines. It is a focus city for many airlines, including China Airlines and China Eastern Airlines. Singapore Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines and Air India all utilise Hong Kong as a stopover point for their flights. HKIA is an important contributor to Hong Kong's economy, with approximately 65,000 employees. More than 100 airlines operate flights from the airport to over 180 cities across the globe. In 2015, HKIA handled 68. 5 million passengers, making it the 8th busiest airport worldwide by passenger traffic and the 3rd busiest airport worldwide by international passenger traffic. Since 2010, it has also surpassed Memphis International Airport to become the world's busiest airport by cargo traffic. The airport is managed and operated by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA), which was established on 1 December 1995. To facilitate the increased traffic due to the third runway, Terminal 2 is currently under maintenance of adding a departures and arrivals section with immigration and will not be reopening until at least 2024. • PBR Textures• Animated Jetways• Dynamic Lighting• Real Ground Markings• Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

This product is compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator. Newark Liberty International Airport (IATA: EWR, ICAO: KEWR, FAA LID: EWR), originally Newark Metropolitan Airport and later Newark International Airport, is an international airport straddling the boundary between the cities of Newark in Essex County and Elizabeth in Union County, New Jersey. Located about 4. 5 miles (7. 2 km) south of downtown Newark, it is a major gateway to points in Europe, South America, Asia, and Oceania. It is jointly owned by the cities and leased to its operator, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. It is the second-busiest airport in the New York airport system, behind John F. Kennedy International Airport. On August 3, 1927, Newark's mayor, Thomas Raymond ordered plans for a new airport as people and organizations began calling for a new airport in the area of Newark. Construction began on April 1, 1928. The airport opened on October 1, 1928, as the Newark Metropolitan Airport. It was the first major airport to serve the New York metropolitan area and the first airport in the United States with a paved airstrip. The nation's first air traffic control tower and airport weather station opened at Newark in 1930 (following a flight that crashed outside of Kansas City, killing five people, including a U. S. senator), and it became the first airport to allow nighttime operations after installing runway lights in 1952. The Art Deco-style Newark Metropolitan Airport Administration Building, adorned with murals by Arshile Gorky, was built in 1934 and dedicated by Amelia Earhart in 1935. It served as the terminal and a control tower until the opening of the North Terminal in 1953. Construction of the Brewster Hangar began in 1937 and continued through 1938. This hangar was the most advanced of its time. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 and is now a museum and Port Authority Police headquarters.
After the hijacking and crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in the September 11 attacks in 2001 while en route from Newark to San Francisco, the airport's name was changed from Newark International Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport in 2002. This name was chosen over the initial proposal, Liberty International Airport at Newark, and pays tribute to the victims of the September 11 attacks and to the Statue of Liberty. In 2016, the Port Authority approved and announced a redevelopment plan to replace Terminal A, set to fully open in 2022. The busiest domestic routes from Newark include Orlando, Los Angeles, and San Francisco while most popular international destinations are London, Tel Aviv, and Toronto. The main operators are United, JetBlue, Spirit Airlines, and American Airlines.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (IATA: DCA, ICAO: KDCA, FAA LID: DCA), is located in Arlington, Virginia, next to the border of Washington, D. C. It is the smaller of two airports operated by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority that serve the National Capital Region around Washington. The airport is 5 miles (8. 0 km) from downtown Washington D. C. . The airport's original name was Washington National Airport. Congress adopted the present name to honor President Ronald Reagan in 1998. The airport served almost 24 2million passengers in 2019. Flights into and out of the airport are generally not allowed to exceed 1,250 statute miles (2,010 km) in any direction nonstop, in an effort to send coast-to-coast and overseas traffic to Washington Dulles International Airport, though there are 40 slot exemptions to this rule. Planes are required to take unusually complicated paths to avoid restricted and prohibited airspace above sensitive landmarks, government buildings, and military installations in and around Washington, D. C. , and to comply with some of the tightest noise restrictions in the country. The airport's small size constrains its capacity, but Reagan National currently serves 98 nonstop destinations. Reagan is a hub for American Airlines. The airport has no United States immigration and customs facilities; the only scheduled international flights at the airport are those from airports with U. S. Customs and Border Protection preclearance facilities, which generally encompasses flights from major airports in Canada and from some destinations in the Caribbean. Other international passenger flights to the Washington, D. C. , area use Washington Dulles International Airport or Baltimore–Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. There are currently five scheduled international routes, which are to cities in Canada, the Bahamas, and Bermuda. The airport opened June 16, 1941, just before U. S. entry into World War II. Until 1946 nonstop airline flights didn't reach beyond New York, Detroit, Cincinnati, Memphis, Atlanta and Jacksonville. In 1946 Boston, Chicago, Dallas and Miami were added; nonstops reached Denver in 1951 and Los Angeles in 1954. The April 1957 Official Airline Guide shows 316 weekday departures. Jet flights began in April 1966 (727-200s were not allowed until 1970). In 1974 the airport's key carriers were Eastern (20 destinations), United (14 destinations after subsuming Capital) and Allegheny (11 destinations). Reagan National Airport has some of the strictest noise restrictions in the country. In addition, due to security concerns, the areas surrounding the National Mall and U. S. Naval Observatory in central Washington are prohibited airspace up to 18,000 feet (5,500 m). Due to these restrictions, pilots approaching from the north are generally required to follow the path of the Potomac River and turn just before landing. This approach is known as the River Visual. Similarly, flights taking off to the north are required to climb quickly and turn left. The "River Visual" is only possible with a ceiling of at least 3,500 feet (1,100 m) and visibility of 3 statute miles (4. 8 km) or more. There are lights on the Key Bridge, Theodore Roosevelt Bridge, Arlington Memorial Bridge and the George Mason Memorial Bridge to aid pilots following the river.
