Each mission is available in two different mission modes: Casual and Advanced Pilot
Casual Pilot StartThese missions are created for those using Microsoft Flight Simulator on XBOX X|S or PC with a controller/gamepad. You will start at the end of the departure runway, with the engine running, so you can just throttle up and go. After you complete the tour, land the aircraft and simply shut down the engine to achieve each mission.
Advanced Pilot StartThese missions are designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator users who have access to keyboard and mouse, yoke or joystick with keyboard, or those who are savvy with the XBOX X|S controller. You will start at the parking ramp with the aircraft in a "cold & dark" state. You will need to perform entire aircraft startup and shutdown procedures to complete each mission.
4 Adventum Discovery FlightsThe package includes four discovery flights that start you in the air over some genuinely epic scenery. These are:
Mauna Loa Volcano - You will pilot the Pilatus PC-6 above the largest active volcano in the world, Mauna Loa. Marvel at its sheer size at 13,678 feet above sea level.
Haleakala National Park - Experience sunrise at one of the most popular tourist spots on Maui in the Pilatus PC-6. As the sun rises over the volcanic crater of Haleakala, you will see the sun and shadows dance across the multiple cinder cones within the crater.
Pearl Harbor - A place of historical importance in U. S. history, Pearl Harbor is both beautiful and a place to remember for those lives lost during Pearl Harbor's attack by Imperial Japan in 1941. You will pilot low and slow with the FlightDesign CT to see all the harbor points of interest.
Waimea Canyon - Known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, you will pilot the Pitts Biplane around the beautiful multi-colored cliffs weaving in and out of the canyons.

XtremeAir Sbach 342 (XA42)
The Sbach 342 (XA42) is a low-wing aerobatic airplane monoplane with a fixed conventional landing gear with a tailwheel and carbon fiber fuselage. It is powered by a 315 hp Lycoming AEIO-580-B1A piston engine driving a three-bladed propeller. The XA42 is a tandem version of the single-seater XA41 (XtremeAir Sbach 300) which was designed by the same team in Speyer in 2004.The Sbach 342 (XA42) is a low-wing aerobatic airplane monoplane with a fixed conventional landing gear with a tailwheel and carbon fiber fuselage. The HM. 14 is most commonly described as a tandem wing aircraft, although the main wing overlaps the rear wing in the basic design, so it almost qualifies as a highly staggered biplane without horizontal tail. Construction of the airframe employs mostly birch plywood sheet, spruce laths, steel tubing, steel cables, proprietary metal fittings and fixings, adhesives, and linen fabric. The prototype HM. 14 had a wingspan of 5. 5 m (18 ft). It was powered by an Aubier et Dunne 540 cc three-cylinder ... The engine was connected to the propeller shaft via a chain drive with a 2. 5:1 reduction ratio. Subsequent examples were built with many optional engine and wingspan variations. Unlike conventional aircraft, the HM. 14 has no ailerons or elevators, and no foot-operated flight controls. The flight control system comprises a conventional control stick. Fore-and-aft movement of the stick is transmitted via cables to the rear underside of the main wing, that is supported by a single pivot at the front underside, mounted on a pylon on the fuselage. Rearward movement of the stick pulls the cables, and increases the pitch and therefore the lift of the main wing. The aircraft will then pitch up, due to the centre of pressure being forward of the centre of gravity. Side-to-side movement of the stick controls the all-moving rudder via cables. In flight, this produces a stable rolling motion, as required in a banked turn, because the wings both have dihedral. That rolling characteristic is not safely available during take-off or landing, so crosswinds are not easily tolerated.

It provides regional aviation services for air charter, air taxi, corporate, business, and recreational flyers. The airport is located approximately 12 miles southeast of downtown Seattle near the south end of Lake Washington. The floor space covered is 1. 1 million square feet (102,000 square meters). The Boeing Renton Factory is built on land reclaimed by the lowering of the level of Lake Washington in 1916. From 1916 until 1936 it belonged to the family of Pioneer Washington Coal Industrialist Charles H. Burnett for whom Burnett Avenue and Burnett Park in Renton are named. Burnett acquired the land intending to use it for coal storage and shipment. Amy Louise Burnett Bond, Charles Burnett's daughter, whose mother died young, was raised by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Cranston Potter as the foster sister and godmother of Bertha Potter (Mrs. William Boeing). The Burnett family operated the land as a hay farm. In 1936 Amy Burnett Bond transferred the property back to the state government. It was still mostly semi swamp economically marginal and would cost millions to improve. The property was then transferred by the State of Washington to the federal government at the start of World War II. The Navy Department established an aircraft factory there for the production of the Boeing PBB Sea Ranger flying boat. This order was canceled, however, to free the factory for the production of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, the factory being transferred to the Army in exchange for use of the North American Aviation Kansas City factory for the production of land based North American B-25 Mitchells for the US Marine Corps as PBJ-1s. In the Boeing Renton Factory, the following aircraft were built: B-29 (>1000), C-97 (~1000), Boeing 707/KC-135 (>1000), Boeing 727 (almost 2000), Boeing 737 (11000 and growing), Boeing 747 (3 refurbished) and Boeing 757 (>1000). Renton Municipal Airport covers an area of 170 acres (69 ha) at an elevation of 32 feet (9. 8 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 16/34 with asphalt and concrete surface measuring 5,382 by 200 feet (1,640 m × 61 m). In 2016, the airport had 122,908 aircraft operations, an average of 337 per day: 98% general aviation, 1% air taxi, <1% scheduled commercial, and <1% military. In July 2017, there were 337 aircraft based at this airport: 243 single-engine, 13 multi-engine, 4 jet, and 8 helicopters.

The development has been conducted along with real pilots and true Transall connoisseurs. A big thanks to the "Musée Européen de l'Aviation de Chasse" in Montélimar, France, that provided access to a retired French C-160R. By inspecting it in every details, we have been able to reproduce an accurate version of the aircraft.
We have put a lot of effort to improve even more our quality standards compared to our previous products. The great complexity of the aircraft and its military-designed systems forced us to adapt our development processes accordingly. Hence, our Transall includes a big amount of bespoke systems and does not re-use existing generic avionics from the simulator.

Please note that our work is based on the C160 NG/R version which is the most modern one to have been operated in French Air Force. All liveries - including other armies - feature the same cockpit and cargo bay but external models have been adapted for each livery. Please have a look at the manual on our website to see all implemented features and current aircraft limitations.
Always aware of the room for improvement, periodic updates are already planned to improve the several systems based on the feedback, do not hesitate to contact us.

The airport is privately owned by the Mountain Air Development Corporation and sits nestled in the hillside at an elevation of 1350 meters (4432 feet), with a lavish country club and golf course in immediate proximity. Due to the immediate proximity of Mountain Air Airport to the Mountain Air Country Club, 2NC0 is a very popular destination for both aviators and golf enthusiasts. Located roughly halfway between Knoxville and Charlotte, the nearby Burnsville is a mere 15 mins. drive away. The area surrounding the airport also features the private, gated community of Mountain Air, which offers a truly spectacular panorama with long-range mountain views from the various properties located there. The airport’s GPS coordinates are: 35°52′7. 4″N 82°20′30. 5″W (35. 86872, -82. 34179) The location of this very unique North American altiport not only provides a visually breathtaking approach and departure above the Blue Ridge Mountains, the surrounding terrain and unpredictable weather associated with mountainous terrain, do not leave much margin for error, and is likely to keep even the most experienced pilot on their toes.
